FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 276(L&C) "An Act relating to temporary                                           
permits and licenses by endorsement issued by the Board of Nursing;                                 
and relating to the delegation of nursing duties" and recommended the                               
adoption of the Senate Labor and Commerce  Committee Substitute
